58 dwellings on a former industrial site in Telford. This is phase 1 of a 2 phase development masterplanned by Kenny Brown. As with Salford it is based on a home zone concept and concept elevations were also produced. A significant amount of detailed design input was required to satisfy the high standards expected by Telford & Wrekin Council. The planning application for this phase was submitted in August 2007 and a positive outcome is awaited.
